Well I rebuilt the Catalook store - I must have done something while sleeping I think and spent some time reading the documentation - quite a clever product - and I can't wait to start testing it.  But small steps - Fingers crossed I'll release the site on the weekend..

Can't get DNN to work locally which shits me.. yes.. that's the only swear word I will say in public but I've been expanding my dictionary of late to express my annoyance with the fact I cannot get it running locally and I have no firewall on and have given up which now changes the dynamics on how I work because I used to do alot of testing locally and now I have to resort to
developing/working online which really annoys me.  However, I guess that's just how it is.. Between that and an SSL issue on my server, which consumes more time trying to work out that I care to say -DNN seems to be going well.

There's a new build in the vault which I'll test tonight and see how I go, I read there were a couple of failures in updating, but again, this is all part of the testing before the release.  I'm sure there have been plenty of bug updates.. I haven't looked at Gemini for the last few days and there is some reorganisation of it. I think I still have a couple of outstanding issues but think they are to do with skinning an are in progress.

I realised on my site I had neglected to put some of the 2.1.2 skins backup and sorry about that - they will be done tomorrow.. and I'll have the xdmediablue skin online as well.  I do admit, Kirsty is doing some of this work, it's part of her learning, and I have ongoing work to do at the moment with some absolutely beautiful skins coming out.. One in particular, I'm thrilled with because the company has told me I can use it for commercial purposes, it's so lovely, and lends itself to a tiny bit of flash.

Working some new PA's - well, not me, but the developers I have working around me and I'm getting in a few resumes that outline the skillsets of some very good developers, so if you're looking for the best developers around, I think I've got the names for you. Enough to get you quoted in your projects with C# & VB coders.

Well, it's a day - deep in thought, lots of ideas, and have decided on a deadline for releasing my new site, which doesn't mean I won't be updating this one on a regular basis.. XD is my baby -  I love the short name, I like the site -while not being as fashionable as others, although in DNN2, gripe when repetive consistent work comes up (installing free skins/downloads etc) which can be duplicated in 3 nice and easily.  DNN3 really is the way to go but I'm not going there with this site - as it's doing quite well thanks.
