Today has been hectic, overdue getting my skins out because I found out the hard way that there was a little changed between 3.0.11 and 3.0.12 which affect how the Snapsis skins work and of course - we've got 3.0.11 testing and then every time we uploaded it wouldn't work and took ages to find out that there was something small changed in one file.. so it would only work on 3.0.12.. Man.. then the confusion starts over the date of the files and then we'd downloaded some so they showed a different date.. and then when we uploaded them we got confused as to what file was what..

Now I'm probably the only person in the world this has happened to ... everyone knows exactly what they are doing, and all runs smoothly - I just have to find those people to work with me or rub shoulders with so I can learn something.

And Kirsty didn't have a good start to the day - out in the morning and Andrew has been working on an alarm with Danny, and moved the car, which he then left in first gear.  Kirsty went out this morning, and I was sort of awake, but not, and I heard the car start and stop and start again and then CRUNCH...

I got up and went outside to have a look and there is the car, half up on the gutter, run into the neighbors car... And Kirsty is beside herself in tears.... and every time she touched the brake pedal the alarm would go off..   We're not sure what happened, but perhaps the remote was clicked twice instead of once, Once opens it, and twice starts the car.. now this would be ok if the car was in neutral, but because she didn't move, and didn't know the car was in gear, because we always leave our cars in gear, well, it stalled, got a bit of a roll and then started again.

Didn't do too much damage, but Andrew's brother is picking the car up tomorrow after we've been working on it for the last 3 months, (on and off OK) and now the headlight was cracked, grill fell off and bumper corner was crushed in a bit, and a very upset and shaky Kirsty but the car that got the clip on the bumper is an old valiant - (i think) in good nick, but not mark..

That upset Kirsty quite a lot - she's a timid thing.. hehe... so then, well, it sort of threw things out a bit because when we went to roll the car back onto the road, the alarm would keep going off..  It's been sorted out now I think.. Kirsty says she ain't drivin' that car again... but it's going on the weekend.. (it's our old drift car - an 1988 Soarer GZ)

So Snapsis skins done, and appear to be working but will ONLY WORK with 3.0.12 since a minor change between 11 & 12.  I now have a FULL appreciation on what developers go through when working with applications that have so many changes.. and Hats off to you.. it's a big job to remain consistent and up to date.

Wow, have seen how catalook works once the containers are removed. What a hot looking product.. More on that shortly.
